To deliver a personalized, high-fidelity experience, Tertio processes the following categories of data:
- Authentication Data: If you secure your account using Google Sign-In, we record your email address and primary profile details (provided by Supabase Auth) to establish your secure identity. Anonymous guest users are authenticated using isolated local device identifiers.
- Wellness Profile Indicators: Personal parameters configured during onboardingāsuch as your energy rhythm preference (chronotype), waking/sleeping hours, and wellness intentionsāare stored securely on Supabase.
- Daily Check-Ins & Reflections: Daily completion metrics, notes, and journaling texts written during your exercises are persisted securely to analyze your progress and allow structural planning.
Data Security & Encryption
We implement a robust, enterprise-grade storage architecture to safeguard your personal details:
- Transmission Safety: All data transferred between the mobile app and our database is strictly encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS) protocols.
- Database Encryption: All persistent data tables are hosted inside secure PostgreSQL instances operated by Supabase, locked behind encrypted credential access.
- Entitlement Checks: Feature authorization (such as verifying Pro subscriptions) is conducted securely with dynamic tokens, meaning no credit card numbers or financial details ever touch our systems.
Your Rights & Data Control
We believe in absolute data ownership. In the settings section of Tertio, you can trigger the following actions directly at any time:
- Purge Local Cache: Instantly wipe all locally cached completion metrics, database rows, and writing drafts from your physical device memory.
- Sign Out: Instantly end your session, clearing temporary tokens.
- Delete Account: Permanently and irrevocably delete your profile, email link, and all history from both the cloud database and your device.
